承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
