門(men)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)主要(yao)用(yong)于戶外(wai)的(de)(de)貨(huo)運(yun)站、石(shi)料(liao)場(chang)貨(huo)、散柜的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)卸搬運(yun)工(gong)作(zuo) 。橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)具備(bei)(bei)場(chang)所使用(yong)率(lv)高、工(gong)作(zuo) 范(fan)疇(chou)大、融(rong)入范(fan)圍廣、實用(yong)性(xing)強等(deng)(deng)(deng)特性(xing),在(zai)(zai)海(hai)港(gang)貨(huo)運(yun)站獲得普遍(bian)應(ying)用(yong)。它的(de)(de)金(jin)屬構(gou)件像(xiang)門(men)形(xing)架(jia)構(gou),承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)下安(an)裝(zhuang)兩根撐(cheng)腳(jiao),能夠(gou)(gou)立即(ji)在(zai)(zai)路面的(de)(de)路軌上(shang)走動,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)兩邊(bian)(bian)能夠(gou)(gou)具備(bei)(bei)外(wai)伸懸臂梁(liang)。橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)是門(men)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)的(de)(de)這種形(xing)變。橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)適(shi)用(yong)堆放場(chang)及工(gong)業(ye)廠房內無(wu)牛腿支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)點的(de)(de)場(chang)所,方(fang)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)分(fen)成(cheng)半龍(long)門(men)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)和(he)(he)龍(long)門(men)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji),大噸數(shu)可(ke)去(qu)300噸。適(shi)用(yong)海(hai)港(gang)、堆放場(chang)等(deng)(deng)(deng),進行(xing)戶外(wai)的(de)(de)貨(huo)運(yun)站、石(shi)料(liao)場(chang)貨(huo)、散柜的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)卸搬運(yun)工(gong)作(zuo) 。它的(de)(de)金(jin)屬構(gou)件像(xiang)門(men)形(xing)架(jia)構(gou),承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)下安(an)裝(zhuang)兩根撐(cheng)腳(jiao),能夠(gou)(gou)立即(ji)在(zai)(zai)路面的(de)(de)路軌上(shang)走動,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)兩邊(bian)(bian)能夠(gou)(gou)具備(bei)(bei)外(wai)伸懸臂梁(liang)。橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)結構(gou)類(lei)型由龍(long)門(men)架(jia)、大貨(huo)車運(yun)作(zuo)組織(zhi)、起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)小轎(jiao)車和(he)(he)電氣設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)一(yi)部分(fen)等(deng)(deng)(deng)構(gou)成(cheng)。有的(de)(de)橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)只在(zai)(zai)一(yi)邊(bian)(bian)有支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)腳(jiao),另(ling)一(yi)邊(bian)(bian)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)點在(zai)(zai)工(gong)業(ye)廠房或棧橋上(shang)運(yun)作(zuo),稱之為半橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)。橋式(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)機(ji)的(de)(de)龍(long)門(men)架(jia)上(shang)端(duan)跨接(jie) (含承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)和(he)(he)端(duan)梁(liang))、支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)腳(jiao)、下承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)等(deng)(deng)(deng)一(yi)部分(fen)組成(cheng)。以便(bian)擴張起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)工(gong)作(zuo) 范(fan)疇(chou),承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)能夠(gou)(gou)向一(yi)邊(bian)(bian)或兩邊(bian)(bian)抬起(qi)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)腳(jiao)之外(wai),產生(sheng)懸壁。也可(ke)選用(yong)帶伸縮臂的(de)(de)起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)吊(diao)裝(zhuang)小轎(jiao)車,根據伸縮臂的(de)(de)俯仰和(he)(he)轉動擴張起(qi)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)工(gong)作(zuo) 范(fan)疇(chou)
承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
