承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)(du)和精(jing)密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用(yong)軟性絞(jiao)接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
