承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
