承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自(zi)動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
