承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數(shu)控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力(li)、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防(fang)外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平米。
