承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密(mi)度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保(bao)證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
