承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)采用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)機構設計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整板(ban)制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割(ge)整板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁采用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“三條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆采用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑床一次精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精(jing)密(mi)度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)采用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
小車總承
1,全歐式古典設計(ji)方案(an),合理減少重量,提升(sheng)提高(gao)室內空(kong)間。
2,減速機采用(yong)起(qi)重機專(zhuan)用(yong)型的H系列產品(pin)硬齒面(mian)減速機,承載力高(gao),使(shi)用(yong)期長。
3,鋼絲(si)繩卷筒(tong)采用厚(hou)鋼板生產短接軸方式,并對(dui)焊接開(kai)展無損檢(jian)測;
4,動滑輪所(suo)有采用熱軋滑輪;
5,起重(zhong)吊鉤(gou)采用T級起重(zhong)吊鉤(gou),材料高于DG34CrMo,單(dan)雙排布局,節省室內空間;
