承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
