承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)與(yu)端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩(ju)形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
