承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由(you)數(shu)控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
