承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護和防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形(xing)方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
