承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車(che)承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞(jiao)接(jie)方式(shi);防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
