承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密(mi)度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
