軌道式集裝箱門式起重機除起升機構有其特殊選擇外,小車運行機構和大車運行機構與其他橋式、門式類型起重機機構基本相同。
(1)起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)。起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)有兩種形(xing)式(shi)(shi),鋼(gang)絲繩卷筒式(shi)(shi)與輪胎式(shi)(shi)集裝箱門式(shi)(shi)起(qi)(qi)重機(ji)的起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)基本相同;而剛性伸縮(suo)式(shi)(shi)起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)又類似于鋼(gang)廠冶金用夾(jia)鉗橋式(shi)(shi)起(qi)(qi)重機(ji)的起(qi)(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構(gou)。
①鋼絲繩卷簡類型起(qi)升機(ji)構由(you)直流或交(jiao)流電(dian)動機(ji)、齒(chi)輪聯軸器、盤式或塊式制動器,中硬齒(chi)面減速器、減速器與(yu)卷筒(tong)(tong)之間(jian)的(de)齒(chi)輪聯軸器、雙聯卷筒(tong)(tong)和(he)軸承座組(zu)成(cheng)。由(you)起(qi)升鋼絲繩、滑(hua)輪與(yu)吊具滑(hua)輪組(zu)組(zu)成(cheng)一組(zu)繞繩系統。
②剛性伸縮式起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou)可以是用(yong)鋼絲繩卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou);液壓油缸(gang)(gang)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou);平衡重齒(chi)輪齒(chi)條提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou)加上(shang)伸縮導(dao)向鋼結(jie)構(gou)架組(zu)成(cheng)。鋼絲繩卷(juan)(juan)筒(tong)(tong)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou)構(gou)造(zao)簡單,基本組(zu)成(cheng)與其他起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou)相似.由(you)于鋼結(jie)構(gou)具有(you)一定的(de)剛性,所以提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou)亦可分為(wei)兩(liang)組(zu),有(you)利于布置。液壓油缸(gang)(gang)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)機構(gou)工作平衡、構(gou)造(zao)簡單,但維護保(bao)養要求(qiu)較高。
(2)小(xiao)車(che)(che)運行(xing)機(ji)(ji)構。小(xiao)車(che)(che)運行(xing)機(ji)(ji)構由直(zhi)流或(huo)(huo)交流電動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)、齒輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)器、塊式或(huo)(huo)盤式制動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器、中(zhong)硬齒面減速(su)器、低速(su)齒輪(lun)連軸(zhou)器和(he)車(che)(che)輪(lun)及車(che)(che)輪(lun)支承組成。驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)構的布(bu)置方式一般(ban)分(fen)為沿小(xiao)車(che)(che)軌(gui)道方向布(bu)置和(he)垂直(zhi)于小(xiao)車(che)(che)軌(gui)道方向布(bu)置兩種(zhong)方式。驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)輪(lun)的數(shu)量(liang)根據驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)不(bu)打滑的條件確定(ding).現代設計基(ji)本(ben)采用全驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。
(3)大(da)車運行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)。大(da)車運行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)通常采(cai)用三(san)輪(lun)(lun)或四輪(lun)(lun)臺(tai)車,根據輪(lun)(lun)壓大(da)小來(lai)確(que)定。運行(xing)機(ji)構(gou)的構(gou)造(zao)和形式(shi)與其他各(ge)類(lei)起重(zhong)機(ji)相似,如采(cai)用開式(shi)齒輪(lun)(lun)驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)臺(tai)車,則由(you)直流或交流電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)、齒輪(lun)(lun)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、中硬齒面減(jian)(jian)速器(qi)(qi)(qi)、開式(shi)齒輪(lun)(lun)、車輪(lun)(lun)和車輪(lun)(lun)支承組成;如采(cai)用封閉性傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),則將(jiang)減(jian)(jian)速器(qi)(qi)(qi)輸出軸(zhou)直接與車輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)連接,直接傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong),但減(jian)(jian)速器(qi)(qi)(qi)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)比將(jiang)稍(shao)大(da)。
由于大車運行速(su)(su)(su)度較快,為防止起制動(dong)時車輪(lun)打滑,一(yi)般選用(yong)調速(su)(su)(su)性能好的晶閘管直流調壓調速(su)(su)(su)、交流變頻調速(su)(su)(su)、交流定子調速(su)(su)(su)等電氣控制系(xi)統(tong)。
