承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對(dui)接焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與(yu)承重梁選用軟性絞接方(fang)式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,電動機+制動系統+減速器+行程(cheng)開關四合一一體化設計方案,結構緊湊
