承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼(gang)板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
