呂梁集裝箱門式起重機

軌道式集裝箱門式起重機除起升機構有其特殊選擇外,小車運行機構和大車運行機構與其他橋式、門式類型起重機機構基本相同。
(1)起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構。起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構有(you)兩種(zhong)形式,鋼(gang)絲(si)繩卷筒式與輪胎式集裝箱門式起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構基(ji)本相同;而剛性(xing)伸縮式起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構又類似(si)于鋼(gang)廠冶金用夾鉗橋式起(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)的(de)起(qi)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)構。
①鋼絲繩卷(juan)簡類型起升機構由直流(liu)或(huo)交流(liu)電動機、齒(chi)輪聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)、盤(pan)式(shi)或(huo)塊式(shi)制(zhi)動器(qi)(qi),中硬齒(chi)面減速器(qi)(qi)、減速器(qi)(qi)與(yu)卷(juan)筒之間的齒(chi)輪聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)、雙聯卷(juan)筒和軸(zhou)承座組成。由起升鋼絲繩、滑(hua)輪與(yu)吊具滑(hua)輪組組成一組繞繩系統(tong)。
②剛性伸縮(suo)式起升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)可(ke)以是(shi)用鋼(gang)絲繩(sheng)(sheng)卷筒(tong)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou);液壓油缸(gang)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou);平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)重(zhong)齒輪齒條提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)加上伸縮(suo)導(dao)向鋼(gang)結構(gou)架組成。鋼(gang)絲繩(sheng)(sheng)卷筒(tong)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)構(gou)造簡(jian)單,基本(ben)組成與其(qi)他起升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)相似.由于鋼(gang)結構(gou)具有一(yi)定的剛性,所(suo)以提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)亦可(ke)分為兩組,有利(li)于布置。液壓油缸(gang)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)工作平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)、構(gou)造簡(jian)單,但維護保養要求較高。
(2)小(xiao)(xiao)車運行機(ji)(ji)構(gou)。小(xiao)(xiao)車運行機(ji)(ji)構(gou)由直(zhi)流(liu)或交流(liu)電動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)、齒輪(lun)(lun)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)、塊式或盤式制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)、中硬齒面減速器(qi)、低速齒輪(lun)(lun)連(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和車輪(lun)(lun)及車輪(lun)(lun)支承組成。驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)構(gou)的布置方(fang)式一(yi)般分為沿(yan)小(xiao)(xiao)車軌道方(fang)向(xiang)布置和垂直(zhi)于小(xiao)(xiao)車軌道方(fang)向(xiang)布置兩種方(fang)式。驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)車輪(lun)(lun)的數(shu)量根(gen)據驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)不(bu)打滑的條件確定.現(xian)代設(she)計(ji)基本采用全驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
(3)大車運行(xing)機構(gou)。大車運行(xing)機構(gou)通常采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)三輪(lun)(lun)或四輪(lun)(lun)臺(tai)(tai)車,根據輪(lun)(lun)壓大小來確定。運行(xing)機構(gou)的構(gou)造和(he)形式(shi)與(yu)其他各類起(qi)重機相似,如采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)開式(shi)齒輪(lun)(lun)驅(qu)動臺(tai)(tai)車,則由直(zhi)流或交流電動機、齒輪(lun)(lun)聯(lian)軸器(qi)、制動器(qi)、中硬齒面減速器(qi)、開式(shi)齒輪(lun)(lun)、車輪(lun)(lun)和(he)車輪(lun)(lun)支承組(zu)成;如采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)封閉性傳(chuan)動,則將減速器(qi)輸出軸直(zhi)接與(yu)車輪(lun)(lun)軸連接,直(zhi)接傳(chuan)動,但(dan)減速器(qi)傳(chuan)動比將稍大。
由(you)于大車運行速度較快,為防(fang)止(zhi)起制動時車輪打滑,一般選用調(diao)速性能好的(de)晶(jing)閘管直流調(diao)壓調(diao)速、交(jiao)流變(bian)頻調(diao)速、交(jiao)流定子調(diao)速等電氣控制系統。
