承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承(cheng)(cheng)重(zhong)梁與承(cheng)(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
