承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車承(cheng)(cheng)重梁與(yu)承(cheng)(cheng)重梁選用軟性(xing)絞接方式;防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
