承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
