承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總(zong)體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
