1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
橋式(shi)雙梁起重(zhong)機端梁一部分
1,大噸數起重設(she)備端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工(gong),保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣(yuan)的(de)車轱(gu)轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和防外遇保護器,安(an)全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
