雙梁(liang)起重機承重梁(liang)構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁起重(zhong)機(ji)端梁一部分
1,大噸數起重(zhong)設(she)備端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生(sheng)產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和(he)防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
