承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車(che)轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米(mi)。
