承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)(zhong)量輕(qing),合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
