承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式(shi)古(gu)典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞(jiao)接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。
