承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
