承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回(hui)精準定位(wei)生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米(mi)。
