1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋(qiao)式雙梁起重機端(duan)梁一(yi)部分
1,大噸數(shu)起重設(she)備端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
