2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚(hou)120μm。
橋式雙梁(liang)起重機端梁(liang)一部(bu)分
1,大噸數起重設(she)備(bei)端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工(gong),保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;

4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密(mi)度(du)。
