承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁(liang)選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車(che)轱(gu)轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
