承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)采用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)機(ji)構(gou)設(she)計方案,重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割(ge)整(zheng)板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,采用埋弧(hu)焊自動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,做到Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重(zhong)機端梁采用(yong)絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“三條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆采(cai)用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一次(ci)精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安(an)全性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁采用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
