承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保(bao)證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
