承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)和防(fang)外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米(mi)。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞(jiao)接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
