承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎(shu)直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩(ju)形方(fang)管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
