承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁組(zu)織設(she)計方(fang)案(an),重量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損(sun)檢測(ce)。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力(li)、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生產加工(gong),保證規格(ge)精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁(liang)裝(zhuang)有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保(bao)(bao)護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無(wu)邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
