承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回(hui)精(jing)準(zhun)定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動(dong)器維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面每平米。
