承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證(zheng)整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構(gou)造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精(jing)密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形(xing)方管(guan)制(zhi)做(zuo),車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設(she)計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
