承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方(fang)案(an),防止“幾(ji)條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和(he)配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。

1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小(xiao)轎(jiao)車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
