承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維(wei)護(hu)和(he)防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
