承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格(ge)精(jing)(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
