承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數(shu)控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆(lu)選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度(du)和(he)配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案(an),路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
