承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆(qi),薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規(gui)格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護(hu)和防(fang)外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
