3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。

4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
