承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜(tang)(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
