承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合(he)理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地(di)應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞接方(fang)式(shi);防止“幾條腿”運作。
