承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設(she)計方(fang)案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
