承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應(ying)用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維(wei)護和(he)防外遇(yu)保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
