承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計(ji)方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無(wu)對(dui)接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割(ge)整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓(ya)強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
